We will only share your personal information with trusted and authorized suppliers that are directly involved in your vacation experience where required to perform specific functions like confirming reservations or providing special requests.

Latin American Vacations LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or general language of statements made by third parties on our blog posts or social media pages. We monitor them regularly and reserve the right to delete offensive or false comments as well as the right to block future access from abusive users.
If you need to cancel your vacation for any reason you will be refunded whatever we can get back from our partners, less a $250 processing fee. We will not profit on your misfortune, we understand that life happens and plans can change. With hundreds of partners across Central America cancellation/refund policies vary greatly, but a general guideline follows:
If cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to arrival date, client will be refunded 50% of monies paid for the cancelled items. If cancellation occurs between 59-30 days, client will be refunded 25% of monies paid. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the arrival date there will be no refund. *Actual refund percentage varies per partner.*
